​Lindenhurst Homing Pigeon Club. We as a community must stick together and grow our sport to ensure many more years of enjoyment. We are striving to make the 138th Convention the best convention the IF has ever seen.

Hello all the race season is well underway and the 2018 IF Convention is coming up very fast a little over One month to go to the  event. It is our pleasure to announce and publish the pedigrees of the 2018 IF CONVENTION European guests Auction birds from Ulrich Lemmens of Belgium and Ruud Bakker of the Netherlands. These are two of the top dogs when it come to European pigeon racing there birds have won multiple races across the world and there offspring are in many different lofts from here in the states to all over the world winnings races consistently we will be showcasing 46 birds. Threw careful planing and negotiations and help from our friend Jim Gabler we where able to lock these two great flyers down to be a part of the 2018 IF Convention. We will have some of there great stock auctioned off during our Convention and they will be speaking with our guests at the event. It is with great pleasure to show case there birds and have them on the auction block at our event. I will add links to both of there websites so you can check out in detail there line of birds and info even tho these two are well known. The Birds will be auction off Live at the event and also listed on the  IPIGEON.com auction website for those who cannot attend our great event. Good luck and cant wait for the fun to start.

Below are all the amazing events leading up to today hopefully all our hard work and marketing will make this the best convention in IF history. 
​2018 IPIGEON GALA 2/10/18
The Lindenhurst Pigeon Club Attended the 2018 Ipigeon Gala to Promote the 2018 IF Conventions hosted by us and also the 2018 LBRA two of our representatives that are part of the committee Walter Wesolowski and Robert Wesolowski attended the event. We would love to thank Fred Smeltzer and his family for having us he is an amazing friend and has helped us endlessly to prompt the Convention and the sport. We got a great response from all the amazing people who attended the event. We would love to thank our sponsors of the 2018 Convention Wellwood Pigeon Store, Baden Feed, EF Pigeon Products, Purgrain Feed, Pigeon Feeds Inc, Versele-Laga , Global Pigeon Supply and Ipigeon. We are striving to make the 2018 Convention as big and great as possible by attending events and spreading the word. All this work is being done by the Lindenhurst pigeon Club and the IF convention committee. We need to expand and let the word spread, without these types of interaction the sports can not grow. Below we have posted some pictures from the gala. where we interacted with so many legends of the sport and just fabulous people more talent in one room then you could ever imagine.

With the dedication of the entire convention committee and combine member's involved we are striving to make this the best convention to date. With transparency integrity and full commitment. We as the Committee will do everything in our power to satisfy everyone who will be attending and taking part in our race.The IF Convention Committee is made of 6 voting Lindenhurst members and 1 representative from each club on long Island to show transparency and diversity all Committee decisions are Final and Binding.   
2018 IF CONVENTION START UP AUCTION COMPLETE SUCCESS........... 12/17/2017............. 
This event was very successful thank you to each and every guy the helped with donations you are the reason we as a sport are still alive. Thank you to our good friend Fred Smeltzer from IPIGEON.COM who helped us out tremendously with listing the birds on his site and gathering some donations. We would also like to thank all our local guys that came down and helped us with the auction Sami,Pawel, Joey,Donald, just to name a few. And to all the guys who donate birds and came down and bought bird at the auction and online we appropriate each and everyone of you. We will strive to make this Convention the best one yet making the IF CONVENTION GREAT AGAIN....
